Description of the activity carried out |
A preliminary visit to the Academy by GH-GC and a first
coordinating meeting took place in September, followed by a
monitoring of the various activities through meetings with two of
the Faculty members attending the European Master, who served as
liaison officers and produced intermediate reports.
Eight additional Coordinating Meetings then took place as described, two in Rome,
one in Vienna, and five in Tirana, the last one at the time of the
Intensive Course and the Final Forum (June 08).
At each time a
report was given by Academy's representatives and discussed with
GH-GC, EC and other EUPs. The Tirana meetings were completed
by visits to the facilities and several meetings with the staff
involved.
In the last meeting, a general review and future planning
was also discussed, in the framework of the preparation of a basic
draft for the current Tempus Report. EC participation, a
coordination meeting with the PC core team, introduction of the
project to the 5th Balkans Rectors Conference, coordinating meeting
with the participation of representatives from university of Prishtina
and Tetovo in the way of preparing the application for the Tempus
IV.

Information bimonthly supply to EC and GC for all developments especially for the problems with the implementation of the new
curriculum.
Reports prepared by the GC-EC, in consultation with GA, every six
months and circulated to all partners.
Further discussions of the reports and a general assessment of the
accomplishments and their quality took place at the time of the 2
EUP visits to Tirana in the Spring of the 1st and of the 2nd year.
At the time of the last EUP visit to Tirana in June 2008, a general
evaluation took place and a Final Report will be issued, with
recommendations towards future monitoring and the regular
implementation of internal and external quality assessment
procedures. The Final Report will be drafted by the GC and
approved by all partners at the meeting.
